As of friday, we have a slab (and it is freakin' huge!!) - here are some pics of what has taken place so far

After searching all over Melbourne (from east to west, north to south, Geelong and even Torquay) we decided that the only way to get our dream home is to design it ourselves!
With that decision made, our next decision was who to build with?

Those who know us (and who are still calling us mad) couldn't believe that we would build again. During the building of our first home, we had two builders go bankrupt. The end result was that it took 12 months (and some $$$) extra to finish!!

After talking to many friends, Gerald and Gina recommended Ashford Homes (www.ashfordhomes.com.au) who helped us with the design - and who are about to start soon.
